The first step for anyone with potential TMJ is correct diagnosis. You’ll then be emailed a health history and TMJ assessment form. Once these forms are filled out and submitted, a TMJ Concierge will contact you to schedule an online TMJ Assessment. Your Concierge will then direct you to one of our TMJ Diagnostics Centers for 3D images of your TMJ and your teeth.
